I'm positive you've already head about the San Diego basketball team and their drug ring and point-shaving scandal so I'll spare you the details. It seems like I'm blogging about a new scandal every week. Are sports really this corrupt? Is it even more in-depth than we even want to know? Maybe revenue sharing is the only solution because obviously scholarships just aren't cutting it. The worst is for the players who weren't involved. Imagine how they feel-- to know that some of your losses might be due to some teammates shaving points. To make matters worse if you were a senior on that team. They had terrible records both years but no one will ever know because of a couple of selfish players.
