Facebook Profile Pics

Facebook practically runs our life.  I think every website has the "like" function now.  The first thing you do when you open your computer is check your Facebook.When you need a study break you check your Facebook.  When you're bored you check your Facebook and "surf" around.  You quickly see you have no new posts, messages, pokes (who pokes anyway), or events but you already knew that because you either have the Facebook app or emails to your phone.  It's time to check out the news feed and creep (you know you do).  I recently started noticing profile pictures and decided to make a list of the most used.

In no particular order

1.  Group
You can't exactly remember what the person looked like so you look them up and of course their profile is set to private and all you can see is their profile picture.  The lights were dim and you don't remember what they looked like.  Plus, they all look the same.

2.  Bro'in Out
Can't say too much about this one because it's my profile pic for now.  You and your boys are most likely chunkin' up the deuces.

3. Party/Club
You're dancing at a party or club.  You were the life of the party and you want everyone to know it.

4. I have a boyfriend/girlfriend
Everyone knows you have a girlfriend/boyfriend and you love them.  You're probably kissing in the photo and most likely your friends talk about it.

5. Guido
Hair gel check, spray tan check, sports coat check, shirt unbuttoned check.  I guess the Jersey Shore inspired many.

6. I Love My Body
This is seen more often than expected.  The guy takes a picture of himself in the mirror with his shirt off or the "candid" photo at the gym.  We get it.  The guy most likely took something to get that big.

7. Baby (own)
This is a picture from when you were 3-6 years old.  Was that your "good looking" stage?

8. Marriage
It's either a picture of the two of them or the "ring".  Wait a second... you're married?

9. Baby (actual baby)
When did you have a kid?

10. The Athlete
Probably one of the most standard profile picture.  Do you know me?  In case you didn't know I am a  (position) on the (sport) team.

11. Webcam
You couldn't find anything better than this?  No, that's sick that you changed the filter and put yourself in black and white.

12. I want to be a model (girls)
A lot of girls do this. The girl isn't smiling or looking at the camera and it's supposed to look candid.

13. I am a model (girls)
Similar to the athlete pic for guys, girls who "model" use their photos for their profile picture.

14. Puckered Lips (girls)
Please stop... you look like a duck. Mind-boggling.

15. Holiday
I didn't know there were presents underneath the tree.  Thank you for letting me know it's Christmas.  Oh it's actually not because it was two months ago yet you still have it as your profile picture.

16. Cartoon
In case you didn't know this was made popular by pedophiles.  Probably should go with something else.

17. Not a Picture of Yourself
It's your profile. What do you look like?
